Hi guys,

this is my first posting in this forum.* Since a couple of years I'm creating LCARS displays for my PADDs. In the attached file is a pic from http://www.trekcore.com and my version of it. The graphic is done with CorelDraw12, the font I used is called HelveticaUltraCompressed.
Most digits are guessed as well as some colors.

Feedback is welcome.

Enjoy

Hi Cmdr. Kerner, You have produced an excellent version of it indeed. TNG LCARS are not uniformal in their production episodes and colours throughout each series differed.* You have mastered this LCARS screen very well indeed.* 8)

Hi Adge,

thanks for your reply. In the attached file is another one I did a few year ago. I found the black and white graphic in a book from the late 1980s called "The Technical Manual of the 24th Century" which I purchased at Intergalactic Trading in Orlando. The colors I got from a second season TNG show (can't remember which one).

The color codes and the font (lcarsgtj2) I got from this website www.gtjlcars.de (http://www.gtjlcars.de).

One copy of this is hanging in a frame in my corridor and it looks pretty good on the wall.

So long and keep on trekking

Hey Cmdr.Kerner,
very good work on those two lcars screen. Adge is right,

TNG LCARS are not uniformal in their production episodes and colours throughout each series differed.

With that in mind, you've done a great job. Can't wait to see your next one.

Thanks for posting, and welcome to explorermedia.net

Hi Explorer,

thanks for your feedback. In the attached file is another display I made a few months ago. I found this picture in an auction from ItsAWrapHollywood about a year ago. The graphic is done with CorelDraw 12 and the font is called HelveticaUltraCompressed.

Another beautiful lcars display, my only nitpick is... the title:
yours say "transporter telemetry" and the picture say "transponder telemetry".

Nonetheless a very nice display. And for what its worth, I use helvetica utra-compress on all my lcars.* ;)

Thumbs up man!

Very nice Adge. I love the color scheme. It feels very accurate.

Although, would there be a way to mute the audio on it?
