A simple Question.
I use Adobe Photoshop CS2 to do ALL of my Graphic work.
you can use photoshop to do LCARS graphics. a nice tutorial you can find here: http://www.joseralat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=41
maybe you'll have to subscribe at okudagrams to use the tutorial... but it's anyway a rich source for LCARS related graphics and you'll find many of us there as well, including me too -* ;D
i use adobe illustrator cs2 to do my graphic stuff. found it the best app in this case. the best way is anyway to use a vector-drawing app like illustrator or corledraw or inkscape (open-source). have a look what's approbiate for you.

I use Inkscape. Illustrator and Photoshop are WAY above my budget, CorelDRAW and PaintShop Pro kinda do the same as Inkscape and GIMP doesn't have good vector features. So, I'm sticking to Inkscape

Hi Josh,
for my LCARS graphics I use CorelDraw 12. I started about 6 years ago with version 8, but 12 is a lot easier to use, specially if you have to draw half circles.

I use MS Paint, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop!* :)
My main use is working in Flash, although I do occasionally use paintshop pro. Like most of these utilities they will allow exporting in most usable formats. :)
