I always run a program in my laptop when I am lifting weights to help me to keep track of my current reps/sets, which body part I should work on next and also have the program tell me when my 30 second rest is up, how long the whole workout takes and stuff.
I created that program because I realize I easily lost track of how many rep/sets I have done all the time [I am THAT absent minded].
However I find the need to bring my laptop around every time I am working out to be rather cumbersome and dangerous [I have a lot of documents inside] so, I'm currently planning to create a Mobile version of this program for my Nokia N86 phone.
I'm currently working on other projects right now as far as coding is concern so I have to leave the coding aspect of this program out for a while, however in the meantime, I am already planning the Object/Function/Method overarching concept and logic of this version 2 of my workout program in photoshop.
What you are seeing here is not mean to be a user manual, just a programmer note talking to himself.
I'll continue working on this as time allows, the completion of this program will be to my convenient as well, no more carrying heavy laptops around.
