CE's Corel Doodles!!

Hi there everyone,

I recently bought CorelDraw X3, It's a Graphics Suite similar to Adobe Illustrator. This thread is for me to post any WiP's mainly so I can get feedback and help until I've mastered using the software, after which.... LOOKOUT!!!

Anyways here is my first attempt at a TNG Combadge. C&C always welcome!! ;)

could definatly do with something to add some depth to it, just not sure how you would go about it lol. still its very good and i cant wait to see some more stuff from you elgy.

Yes it does look great. But I'll have to agree with M@DM@X, it does need more depth, I found that droping shadows gives it a bit more reality.

looks great.. didn't know, that coredraw is useable for this. but i'm anyway happy with illustrator. keep up the good work.

It does look a bit flat lol.

I'll keep plugging away, the colours could do with tweaking as well. However it may have to wait until I've completed my Vessel Database, It's taking up a lot of time and I really want to get done!!

Good first attempt. Not that I could do anything way as good though lol.

But yeah, shadows would add a more realistic feel to it but for some reason I like it how it is, meh it's up to you, it is yours after all lol.
