Incredible work explorer,

Very good work here, a couple of things dont look quite right though.

1) The meshing coming from the Bussard Collector could do with being a bit flatter, (looks to circular to me!?).
2) The Main Deflector appears to be intersecting the upper Turbolift Shaft.

Right... with the bad things out of the way what good about this baby!?

1) Superb LCARS borders, love the gold colouration. I'm really glad you decided to go with the Nemesis Colourscheme.
2) The Nova schematic looks accurate and has a great shape too.
3) The inboard components of the ship look excellent, they look very canon lol.
4) Love the name!!.

Superb work explorer, I can't wait to see this MSD finished!! 8)

I second capt.elgy concerning the nacelles. the bussard collectors at the front looks to small in comparsion with the axis field controller at the rear. And I miss the plasma injector...
but overall it is a very, very beautiful work and I hope, you will show us the final version here!

I made a few modification on the nacelles, following your nice comments. And I can say the ship is basically done, now to do all the rest.
Enjoy!

I was told that there is a ship under the saucer section called "waverider". It wasn't in the last version, it is in this version.

enjoy.[br]../../e107_files/public/1182720689_1_FT267_033_.jpg (../../e107_files/public/1182720689_1_FT267_033.jpg)[br]

Wow!!

Superb work explorer, this is the BEST Nova MSD i've seen. (Even better than the one seen in the show lol!!).

I'm really glad you put the Waverider Craft in aswell, Keep's it canon to the show. Incredible amount of detail, and nice work with those Goold Coloured LCARS Borders.

I can't wait to see the finished product!! !lol

Here's an update using a more familiar color scheme...
Tell me what you guys think!

I was expecting the Nemesis version but this is just as good in my opinion!! :)

I really like your work with the colours and the consoles at the bottom of the image. I can see a few TNG elements in there and the layout is also very neat!!. I also like how you've left a black space between the Nova Diagram and the coloured LCARS bars, it make the ship stand out a little bit more.

Unfortunately I can't find anything wrong with it lol!! !sad

You'll have to be careful ex, with work of this quality being posted on the web, you may be getting a job offer from those dude's at paramount for you to work on the next Trek film lol. !lol

I did a pretty sloppy job on the Nova class in the LCARS 24 library. It's just an image, and the frame, titles, and labels are generated by the LCARS software in response to an SFML (Starfleet Markeup Language) script file. The highlighting of pointers changes in response to the arrow keys, and the image can be zoomed up (with resolution enhancement) and scrolled.

This is only for use in LCARS 24, bascially seen only by users of this LCARS system. If I could have permission to use yours (credit will be displayed on the bottom bracket [your name or Web site]), that would be better. To use yours, I would also need your permission to resize and recolor it to fit in with this format. Otherwise, I'll try to fix or redo the one I have.

should be no problem... you want me to make it more (voyager type...) and adjust the colors on it? Let me know.

Great! If you can easily adjust the size and colors, I'd like to have the outline and deck colors like those of the Excelsior refit cutaway shown below (another example is the Ent-C I posted in the Introductions thread), with the length of the ship 706 pixels (or slightly less, whatever is convenient for you or comes out best), and receive it as a png file. For the credit to be shown on the LCARS bracket at the bottom, I can make it www.explorermedia.net (http://www.explorermedia.net), if you like, in order to attact people to the site.
