This is a photo from years ago when some Paramount Trek stuff was on public display. I don't know where or when or who took the photo. I think the ship is the Valiant, not the Defiant.

wow! but it looks very intersting. it's from a pool table or what?

Not a pooltable. It was a large wall display in Engineering on the U.S.S Valiant in the DS9 epipode Valiant. And the top-view schematic at the bottom was also used in three places on the bridge, but in blue instead of green.

This photo is of the large printout used on the Valiant set, here on public exhibit under glass on a table. You can seen it in that DS9 episode when Rom first shows up in Engineering and later behind Rom when he's talking to Jake, as well on the captain's readyroom computer when he's spying on Rom and Jake.
