Hi guys! I've got some fairly good experience with photoshop and the like, and I'm RPing in Star Trek Online. OUr fleet needs MSD's for ships, and as you might know, STO has several options for each slass of ship, and they're modular, sort of like the ships in Starship Creator used to be a long time ago. Anyway, I've been asked to design an MSD. I'm not at all sure where to get the icons for the various bits of the ship though (impulse engine, deteurium tanks, etc.) I was going to try to pull them out of Starship Creator, but it will not run on my computer (too new).

Any ideas where I can get the basic graphics so I can get started?

Unclear about something -- what format will your MSD be designed in? Is it going to be a static image? Will it have some sort of functionality within STO?

There are many others, but I like this one for some of the lesser-known MSDs: http://lcarsgfx.wordpress.com/

Some gold on here, too: http://drexfiles.wordpress.com/

It'll just be a static image. Its just that we use them for RP, sort of as a reference, and the ship I'm going to be doing is half Sabre, half Ushaan (that's a class STO made up iirc). So no normal MSD fits, really. Thanks for the links!

NP, you *should* be able to compile what you need from those resources, in addition to other things found on this forum..
