A few Questions regarding file size limits!?

Hi there all,

Just got a few question regarding the maximum file sizes for upload in terms of jpg, bmp, gif & zip files, and also do you have support for swf files. A great deal of my LCARS is produced on Flash 8, if it is possible I would consider hosting a lot of my work here.
