There seems to be a lot of interest here in the Nebula class. I'm just going over everything I can find on this class in order to work up a schematic. I've just gotten started.

I was trying to update the second post and clicked on the wrong button, creating a third post, and I couldn't find a Delete button.
Here's the SFML display with the image above.

Here's how I was able to confirm the locations of the impulse engines, despite disagreement among fan-made schematics of the past. There are also several images at Ex Astris Scientia with the impulse engines circled. They look quite a bit smaller from the outside that those visible on the Galaxy class. (The truck in the background must be over a kilometer in length!)

yeah. i remember the long discussions at the internet about the underpowerment of the nebula class. that's, why i loved this (noncanon) refit versions of the nebula.

That is better, and Captain Elgy's meshes give it bigger impulse engines, too.
Another controversy is about the mass, usually stated at 3,309,000 metric tons. But it has 7.1 times the volume of Voyager, which is supposed to be 700,000 metric tons, putting the Nebula at around 5 million.
I put links to Captain Elgy's Nebula pix here at exporermedia.net on some ongoing threads about the Nebula class.

And I'm rotating the featured MSD on my Web site. Right now it's the Enterprise 1701-A (image by Deif).

I should have posted the final version, with the fantail corrected. Here's the photobucket link:
