It's not the same template deif. I was inspired by Explorer's template when creating my own, however, there are significant differences (for example, I use a Starfleet label, were Explorer uses a rectangle with rounded corners).

I did use his color scheme for the template though.

If I would have used Explorer's template I certainly would have first asked permission and credited him :)
