Spaceyacht Barracuda-Class

well, here is one of my newest projects:

it's a civilian spaceship called S.S. NYOTUME, a five deck fast courier ship. the ship's class is the Barracuda-Class. it's an non-starfleet vessel.

The ship has a length of 95m and a beam of 40m

as i mentioned, it has five decks:
- deck 1 house the cockpit, communication and ready room and a briefing room as well. at the front of the cockpit is the repulsator
- deck 2 is one of the habitation sectors with transporter room, cabins and the lounge.
- deck 3 is the second habitation sector with engineering control room at the rear, cabins and the upper leve of the holodeck.
- deck 4 include the medo station, armory and the ground level of the holodeck.
- deck 5 house several aggregates, the airlock section with two type 18 shuttles and cargo space and the landing struts as well.

at the front the ship includes the main deflector; the rear houses the warpcore, matter and antimatter storage and the two impulse engines.

it's a nice and fast small ship and has only defensive capacities with a strong deflector shield.

i did the MSD graphic in the new CARS-style i started a while ago. i hope, you enjoy this little ship as well i do….!

here are some corrections and additions:

added the credit for adamk145 on the MSD for the basic shipdesign and did also the frontview.

split the orthoview into single pics and add a runabout shuttle for comparsion.

Great work Deif.

Very interesting design for the LCARS. Everything (colours, layout and grey text) flows so well together. I love it. The interior of the ship is incredibly detailed.

As for the ship itself. Very nice design. The only thing that bothers me is if you look at the front view. The pylon are so thin. I would definitely rework them. Again this is just my opinion.

I still think the pylons look odd, somewhat scrawny and mishaped from the side.
