Upgrading to version 4.02

Hi guys.
I'm currently upgrading to Vbulletin 4.02 which fixes many bugs such as security, attachments and other important features.

The process should take at worse a few days. You might be seeing a default theme while the process is going. But you should find it more and more easier to navigate through when it's all over.

A new theme is in place.
I still have a few custom changes to do but I'm eager to hear what you all thing of it.

Also added thumbnail previews for threads.
