i really loved the first attempts more. TCARS isn't really my favourite. but this are just my personal two cents!

That looks pretty cool. I don't know how this would affect other types of LCARS displays, though.

The only modification of the LCARS popsicle-stick screens I've made is this style of time display at lower left, and that's not much of a change:

Good job deif,
I've also attached the color codes that I'm using and a little explanation.

1. For static (keyboard type) LCARS, I just use the normal colors that I've attached (see fig. 001).
2. Now, when I do animated screens like the one you did, I also add a layer that fits the entire screen with the color #1d4877 (see fig. 002).
3. Set that layer to an opacity of 20% and you should get that subtle LCD effect to your screen (fig. 003).

and here is the changed graphic with your colors and hints, explorer. i also converted the colorchart into webstandard colors. i've also added a light green and goldstyle color. i like them a lot.
