Thread: Voyager Padd

    Default Voyager Padd

Hey guys! After spending all my time studying for the past four years and recently completing my Degree, I now have free time again that I am using to pursue some of my hobbies that I let go of a good while ago.

My first project in absolute ages was modelling a Voyager Padd in 3ds Max which I finished with custom screen graphics. It's pretty basic as it was more of a test piece. I thought I'd post here to increase my activity with these great forums again :D

    Looking great there Kathryn.
I would just add that the original props didn't have any glowing effect on them. They were all static props without anykind of electronics.

    Thanks for posting!

    Thanks Robert :)

I knew about the non-electronics thing but I was gonna do a Tricorder to match in order to maybe give it to someone over at RPGX, hence I tried to make it look snazzy lol.

I've been wanting Voy era weapons/equipment in RPGX for ages lol

Remember what the boys says to penny in the Big Bang Theory, we are more afraid of you than you are of us ;p

Nice work Kathryn-Johnston, add some shadows to complete the render :)
It's awesome that you have a degree now.

I don't have a degree...come to think of it...I have never used my diploma at all, people just "believe" that I have it.
Had I know about it I would have save on the money.
