I actually voted for the Ferengie.
For some reason, they seem to be evolving throughout DS9 and I think they would be a logical move for them.

i would vote for the dominion! because odo has returned to save and heal the changelings and i think he gained a lot of influence to guide them toward a more friendly relationsship with the federation.. a joint with this power in the delta quadrant plus the bajoran wormhole connection would open a much wider scene to exploration and action for starfleet heros in future....!
