As some may know I was born in the former German Democratic Republic, the Eastern part of Germany. And well, we had also, of course, our own money, the "Mark". Yesterday I made a banknote like "what would be if the GDR would have survived 1989?", 100 Mark.

The pic above is the original from the 70's, valid until 1989, the pic under is my "heir" from 1992.

Oh, I think the limit is up for about 19 or 20 years!

Although originally there wa never one, I created a 1000 Mark banknote!

1995 plus 20 years = 2015. try to change the 1000mark. would be good fun to see the faces....maybe on mytubes.com?

Now I got what you've meant. I meant the time limit for changing Ostmark ended in 1990, so they won't take even real notes for change!

I have finished the 100 Mark banknote. At first the original, and then my new one!
