    Exclamation SPAM issues

I am aware that we a lot of issue with SPAM these days but I'm doing my best to install new features to avoid an outbreak, and I will use this thread to keep you honorable members informed.

David (deif) as been doing a great job at keeping track of them and deleting the post even before I can reach them so I think he deserves a thank you.

    Update Jan. 12, 2011
I've installed a new Spam stopper application and it should block spam bots from registering and posting. I will give statistics every week to see how effective this is.

    Thank you!

So my words about ... I think you both are doing a great job, because there are only a few times where I see spam on this forum, and this means (for me): Moderator and Admin do a great job!

It's quite normal to have an increased volume of spam during this season. If we all work a little together and report spam messages as we find them, it should be easy to keep things under control.

Thanks for keeping us up to date mods and admin.

i saw two times spam at the blog and deleted them immediately. i think, the spam issue occurs only at the blogs. but over all that's no big problem - thnx, robert for the maintenace on the website.
