    Default LCARS Astrometrics

    Another 'mid development screenshot turned wallpaper' I thought I'd share. It's nothing too intricate as I think things like cartographic charts tip the balance from minimalism. Filtered in Photoshop.

    Tell me whatcha' think.

    Can see it fitting nicely into Nemesis era. Would be interested to see animated version.

    Yup, I usually base all my LCARS work on Nemesis now. There's just something about it that I love. It is animated. Well, the source is. It's part of a module I'm working on, which adds an interactive astrometrics system.

    Here's a GIF version of the animation. It's been scaled down, simplified and several sequence animations have been removed because there's hundreds of tweens and clip events which don't export to GIF.

    Funny.

    Looks good, but the shadows on the edges of the pic are not what I like. But everyone has his/her opinion.

    You might be right. I think I went a bit overboard with the filters this time.

    I think its a wonderful effort indeed. It all takes time to put together, and with any LCARS, its not an easy balance with colours in everyone own mind. Cool work, and I like it.

    It was not bad meant, I only think the shadows have nothing to do with LCARS. Aside, your work is excellent!!!
