Most likely places where textures could be put to use would be either Bridge Commander game forum or Excalibur game WIP. Could also try 3d forums like Sci-Fi Meshes or Poser brigade. The Elite Force map modding community seems pretty dead now apart from RPG-X/The Last Outpost.

I'm actually thinking of creating a hi-res STV:EF mod and these textures along with everything else on this site is like a gold mine. I'll of course include the proper credits.
