Nice. That's quite a model. I guess that's the microtorpedo launcher just forward of the two red lines where the two diagonals nearly converge.

The microtorpedo Launcher is in front of Juste in lower part of the cockpit. One sees it in action in the second episode of DS9 (Past Prologue).
